who would have the rights to put this on a PPV? would it be Louisiana or us? or both?  :flush:

Hopefully both schools will consider PPV. I do not know who would have the rights but both schools would make some serious money if they televised the game via PPV.

i'd buy it and throw a lil party w/ the next great set of emaw students to come outta topeka

Best bet is that FOX College Sports will carry it. Problem is COX Communications in Manhattan or anywhere in Kansas for that matter, doesn't carry that channel.
Maybe flood their call center with calls to start carrying the channell?

Ever heard of a thing called Mardi Gras?  Ever heard of a thing called THE INDEPENDENCE BOWL?????????????????

BTW, New Orleans is 2 1/2 hours east of Lafayette, and the game starts at 6, so if anybody coming down is planning on going to New Orleans after the game, you better plan on going Friday night.  Especially because LSU, which is an hour east of Lafayette and right between Lafayette and New Orleans, has a game that night that happens to start....an hour after KSU-LaLa.  Which means you'll get to Baton Rouge, which is already wholly unequipped to handle day to day traffic, and try to drive through it right when the LSU game lets out its 92,000 fans.  So plan on partying in New Orleans Friday night, not Saturday night, 'cause if you wait until Saturday, you ain't gettin' there until early Sunday morning.

Man, but you would assume otherwise if you have lived there. Interned in Lexington last summer. Heard about the war of nothern aggression several times.
