I was at Scheels today and they had a big display with each team's gear for sale.  Would love to see KSU gear for sale in Omaha.

We went to an ice cream shop in Dundee today that had different mixes for each team.  They had a tally on the wall for each and whichever team's kind sold the most won.

I went down there and walked around, got a high five and "go state" from a fellow EMAWer and a "mildcats" from a nu fan. Decent tailgating atmosphere around the stadium. The most bandwagon Cal State Fullerton fans I've ever seen, pfffft give me a break cal state fullerton

was the afore-mentioned EMAWer in a white/grey ksu trucker with a couple other 'catter's outside of rosenblatt roaming the kioskssss' drunkenly?? if so, that was this guy

I went to the Championship games in 2005, saw tejas sweep Florida in two.  Good times.  That's a really fun place.  Would definitely recommend it.

Going to be much better at the new stadium.  Actual parking and bars nearby.  Plus, Rosenblatt is a dump.  Everyone here was all, "Don't knock down Rosenblatt!  It is a historic jewel in the city of Omaha!" and I was all, "PFFTT, it's a dump and is gross and I hate it and is smells and it's in a bad neighborhood and I would rather the zoo use the space to get pandas!"

You can wing saltine crackers out there.  Never seen an apple but I'm sure they would go for it.  Lot of bread makes the trip but usually falls way short and is koy food.

FYI, might still be the same one, but the big silver back gorilla that was there in '88 loved grapes and he is an very good catcher.  Don't miss though, tends to piss him off and he'll use his finger to prod you into trying again.

WTH, suppose you can't interact in the Aviary now either?!  Saw a woman just about lose her finger to a Tucan, quite the bloody mess.
