Has Lebron James ever scored 81 points in a game before?

No and that's one of his faults.....At times he's too unselfish.

David Robinson and David Thompson both scored more than 70 in a game. Does that make them better than Lebron? Or for that matter better than Jordan whose career best was 69?

If we're going to base the criteria off of what determined Jordan's greatness, let's determine why he was so great:

1) He got his team multiple championships
2) He got his team multiple championships
3) He got his team multiple championships
4) Athleticism, MVP's, scoring records, etc.

You can argue about the scoring records, the triple doubles, etc until you're blue in the face.  Until Lebron leads his team to a championship, you can't put him on that top tier.

If you want to talk about who the best player is right now..You'll have a good argument.  Offensively Kobe is better, defensively Lebron is better.  Kobe and Lebron are both in the finals.  Kobe has more talent around him.  But despite having that talent he still puts up similar numbers to Lebron.  And Kobe's team is up, whereas Lebron's team is down.

I just don't see how anyone can say Lebron unless they're a Kobe hater.

No opinions needed, the playoffs have shown who the obviously superior player is.

Jordan - highest career avg in regular and post season history

Nobody really compares to Jordan (well...Kobe is a "similar" type of player)

All Rise... The Judge is in the house.
After what has happened to Cleveland this year I just have a feeling this will entice James to leave... They had the best team all year and they blew it when it counted most. He won't be successful in winning multiple championships in Cleveland unless they bring in someone else to take the load off of him...

Easily Kobe. Plus its kind of like the "six degrees of Kevin Bacon" thing, but only with EMAW.

Tex Winter (EMAW) -> Phil Jackson (lol at Mike Brown) -> Kobe; and

Ed Nealy (EMAW) -> Phil -> Kobe

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

If ESPN doesn't make a Beaz puppet for next year, well, let's just say they wouldn't be the world wide leader anymore.
