Bill was too busy trying to get his son the AD job to even worry about Prince's buyout.

    The "other" KSU
Without sounding too 'tardish, I can say with almost 100% certainty and OBz didn't have anything to do with this. Shatty boss? Yes. Hard to work for? Absolutely. Criminal? Not a chance in hell. OBz is as stand up as they come.

He didn't  have to do anything shady to get millions.  He got the big 1.8 million dollar a year contract handed to him and it was all public and above board.

Anyone remember rate your coach website?  Bill Snyder had a really high corrupt rating and the nubbs used to be really mean about it.

it was funny. The most they ever had on the guy was the Ell Roberson fiasco in which no one was arrested and it drove them nuts.

but how scientific is an anonymous website that rates your coach.  It's like checking out ratemyprofessor.com to get a good guage on a potential kstate teacher. Horrible.

No, but quite honestly, OBZ high salary is another Krause SNAFU that has been overlooked in light of this recent &@#%up. Does anyone doubt Snydes would have coached for $500K/year?

Listen.....The good 'OL boy system at KSU was out of control and 'Ol Baltz (along w/ jr.) were right in the middle of it. I find it interesting that his new salary (1.5 Mil) has never been questioned? I suspect there was some interesting discussions between all of the Good 'Ol Boys just before they cut Purple Rain. Would have loved to have been a fly on the wall........................ :yikes:

Snyder's salary was the smart play, it's like what perkins did for mangino. It shows they are willing to pay at the HC position for future hires if the current one leaves/fired/re-retired etc.

I'm not saying it was illegal...just that it was the typical "Good 'OL Boy" thing..... :jerkoff:
The new AD and Pres. have got their work cut out for them.
The Big question is........can 'Ol Blz be reeled in to conform to a new regime and adjust to new management? :yikes:
