Every penny of that money we are currently throwing out the window should be going to Frank, Delonte and Koenning's salaries.

I don't what grounds we have to contest this in court, but we're fools if we don't make an attempt at some sort of settlement.  Absolutely absurd.

Exactly, might as well say goodbye to Frank now, because by the time this all gets settled Frank and 'Te will take their show to someone who is willing to pay. Maybe Currie can have another record fund raising year, because we're gonna need every penny just to pay off prince.

Hopefully (and boy that's saying a lot for these idiots) that the settlement was structured so it could be paid out over a few years.   The problem is that I had a number of about $7-$800 K a year that was being pissed away on Prince and Weiser's buyouts, now I am afraid it's going to be well over $1 million a year.

It's no wonder the Foundation stepped in and demanded that Krause get canned as the AD.

Are they saying Krause gave Prince 1.2M and it was supposed to be much higher?? If so, why would the univ. try to fight the deal?

Or is it that Krause TOLD every1 he gave Prince 1.2M when in reality it WAS much higher...

Or is it that Krause gave Prince 1.2M, when we actually owe him much more, Prince will sue for the rest, and the univ. is trying to fight that deal?

Or is it something else... What am I missing?

Incredible.  Just when you think that Wefald and Krause couldn't act like bigger dipsh*ts, we get this.  It's like those two had battle on who could be the biggest retard....and honestly I'm not sure the who the winner is.  I suppose Jon gets it for being a complete and total dipsh*t for decades while in power, but Krause's retard impact in less than one year is quite astonishing. 

Yes, it's baffling.  I have decided to point most of my anger at Wefald because he was technically in charge of Krause and could have been pulling the strings.  Even if he wasn't he should have known what was going on.  Both of them will hopefully die of old age or cancer soon.

The only possible way that Krause could prove he did this without intent is to show that Prince's agent and his company sunk their fangs into an unqualified and inexperienced AD who simply didn't know to include lawyers from KSU. And, sadly for us that could be the case. Krause (through his other exploits) has proven himself to be a world class dipsh1t - easily provable in court.

If it's anything else other than that (which it most likely is) Krause is a criminal.

How long has Krause been at K-State . . . there's no way in F_ck (or I'd like to think so) that Bob Krause could think he could sign any type of agreement like this without legal review.   The problem is, Krause was part of inner sanctum that thought it was untouchable at K-State and could do whatever they wanted.
