    The very best.
to be fair, sammy straughter is a fantastic pick.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Sounds like the same thing he had at KSU. Only at Tampa he'll have a supporting cast and I think much better coaching.  Their OC is the primary architect of Matt Ryan. That has to be an upgrade.  Go Josh, go!

Josh Freeman has made his first important decision as a Buccaneer quarterback.

The first-round pick out of Kansas State chose to wear a No. 5 jersey for his rookie season and Tampa Bay's other five draft picks have also claimed uniform numbers.

Throughout the 33-year history of the Bucs, the No. 5 jersey has usually been worn by kickers and punters, although quarterback Bruce Gradkowski wore both No. 5 and No. 7 during his short Tampa Bay tenure.

Rookie defensive tackle Roy Miller will wear the No. 93 used by Kevin Carter the past two seasons and defensive end Kyle Moore chose No. 94, assigned to Patrick Chukwurah in 2008.

Tackle Xavier Fulton, a fifth-round pick, selected No. 68. Cornerback E.J. Biggers is going with No. 31, worn by Phillip Buchanon in Tampa since 2006, and rookie wide receiver Sammie Stroughter chose No. 18.

The Bucs will hold a mini-camp for rookies this weekend at the team facility.

Not trying to put a hex on Raheem but I guess what I really hope is that he decides to leave the NFL for some reason about the time we're ready to hire a new coach at ksu :peek:
"Unless you're a ku fan you don't want to watch a game at the fieldhouse. You'll never see more home cooking in your life. The last game I watched there Larry got the boot and I didn't blame him a bit. Only ball game I've ever walked out on in my life, besides, the facility is a piece of ****."
