Not quite OT, but.......Watched a Doctor's Diary episode tonight, and the ER Doc said that of everthing he sees, alcohol causes the most injuries, death and misery than anything else. He said this includes cancer. FWIW.

Actually, from my experience, (starting out in EMS then transitioning to LE) I've seen more misery from alcohol than tobacco.

"Random" drug tests, usually aren't.  Coporations select the targets they want to get rid of, and will pick one 'obviously not' candidate (ex. the old wwjd secretary, who will go along with the testing) to make the process seem legit.  You won't get tested unless your supervisors have suspicions and/or want to get rid of you.

I suppose if you know absolutely nothing about cell biology, the idea of a hair follicle (with the trace of 1 dose of cocaine in it!) lasting 25 years seems plausible.
