Simple.

2003: 3 1st team all league players.  5 2nd team all league players.  8 HM all league players.
2008: 1 2nd team all league player.  7 HM all league players.

Pretty amazing we're going to have a 1st round draft choice this year that wasn't even Honorable Mention All Big 12.
