very underappreciated player.

Would have won if we didn't make him shoot 15 or 16 free throws.

he does that to everyone.  that's what makes him so good.  but yeah, was def. the key to the game.

He did his best Collins impersonation.  Pretty clear Frank was going to make him beat us and not Anderson and Eaton did it.  Always had a ton of talent, didn't always back it up.  OSU has a very talented first 5 or 6, just no depth.  It was enough tonight and might get them in the dance.  Ford has done a good job there.

The way he rides people the whole way down the court, I just thought that this may be helpful.

no.  he's still underperformed. osu has incredible talent and lots of experience.

What if they beat OU and go 10-6?  What would you say he should have done?

would be close then.  close enough to invalidate criticism.  osu has top 4 talent though.

QFT. Was thinking that watching the game.  How are they in the same boat with KSU with all these 4 and 5 star upperclassmen?

you're an idiot. capel and ford are the only other two coaches in the conference I would take over martin, frank.

oh, and so did Sir Jim Wooldridge, cbe, if you count CM, JM, CS, DH, LH, TE, PP, and DK as talent.

That's more of a point that Sutton was a horrible coach.

who did they lose off of last years team? marcus dove?
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

A contender for what?

Going from 7-9 to 9-7 isn't a ridiculous improvement.  Especially when you return your top 4 scorers.

good point as well, BUT it's important to note that he still turned it around. so i'd place 50/50 blame on SS/TF and say that ford is above a SLTH but beneath a FRANK.

i don't think he's been terrible.  but definitely don't see that he's proven to be particularly good.  either w. his team this year, or in recruiting.

would agree that he is not in slth territory.  but then, he's not at a slth program.  very questionable in my mind if the program or the person makes the stlh.

to get in the tournament. they're at least in the discussion. we're not. and yeah a two game improvement isn't particularly special by the numbers, but I never viewed them as being worth two craps last year, compared to this year when I was pretty sure they would beat us.
