Update?

 :ksu:

Conference road record is the biggest indicator (IMHO) of SLTH vs non-SLTH (sorry sys).

Yeah but is it really a good thing when you've won more conference games on the road than at home?

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

K-State went coach less for almost 20 years. Actually it was probably longer than that! Hartman, kruger , Fat boy and now Frank. Those other two guys in between very marginal.

I was listening to Soren early last week, and the sqwawk and/or tiger fans were still convinced Frank couldn't coach, was a disgrace to the university and K-State should hire a SLTH, like Jank said the ku fan (who kept offering his advice with a "They should.")

To his credit, Soren pretty much told them they didn't know what they were talking about, especially the mu fan that said Anderson would beat Frank 8 out of ten times.

As Frank keeps winning, look for the calls we get rid of the high school coach to ring louder and louder in Lawrence and Columbia.

Obviously, this was the year they hoped to beat that drum loudly, before all the recruits show up next year to add to the nucleus that is accomplishing what these guys are doing this year.  The way I see it, Anderson and Self better hope they get Frank this year, because it will get really hard for them to get him in the future.

asbury was 2-30

A little misleading to not include 3 road wins in 1995-1996 vs Big 8 teams, however.

You could say the same thing about K-State fans... ku was supposed to suck during a "rebuilding" year, and instead, ku's 8-0 in the Big 12 and looking at a top 4 seed in the NCAA tourney.

the rebuilding job for ku should be next year, when your two decent players left bail.

I think most people underestimated the talent ku has retarded as that seems.  2 McD AA's makes a big diff in a weak league.

You guys have a lot of talent on that team though.  I mean, compare the rivals rankings of your players to ours.  Really no suprise ku is where they are.

bmw's right.  ku has exceeded expectations this year.  and little makes them a better team than they were in the non-con.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."
