The Cyclones are 12-9 (1-5) with no good wins and losses at Hawaii, to Drake, at Iowa, to South Dakota State, at Texas, at Missouri, to Kansas, at Colorado and to Oklahoma. The Cyclones return 2 starters off of a team that went 14-18 (4-12) in 2007-08.

The Cyclones are lead by F Craig Brackins and G Diante Garrett. Brackins averages 20 points/game (leads the team), 9 rebounds/game (leads the team) and 1 assist/game. He is the team's best shooter at 49.8%. Garrett averages 10 points/game, 4 rebounds/game and 5 assists/game (leads the team). He is undoubtedly the team's leader at the point and is showing that this season while shooting 40.8% from the field.

The strength of Iowa State is their defense and they need to play great defense because, with the exception of Brackins and Garrett, this team does not shoot well at all. HCGM is recruiting well and I truly believe that he'll get the Cyclones going and soon (I wanted us to hire him before we ended up hiring Bob Huggins). However, with the fact that this game is in Manhattan, I expect the Cats to roll in this one. The schedule is easing up now (Iowa State, at A&M and Texas Tech) so I expect the Cats to be rolling when Kansas comes to Manhattan to try to end "The Streak".

I'm certain Brackens will get to see quite a bit of #23 wearing white when in the Gon on Tues.

i expect us to roll too, however, I also expected the Chickens to roll the Buffs in the Chicken Coop
today, and they barely won.

We have to keep the same intensity and 'tude, or we'll get bit. Just ask Texa$$. :woohoo:

We might go Blake Griffin on Brackins, don't do anything to extensive to stop him, while making sure no one else scores.
