anybody else want to strangle this guy doing the play by play....what a huge tool

Actually, I think he's pretty good considering he's the Rice play by play.

good point.  I really wish that we could get unbiased announcer(s) for these games, but I should be glad I can watch it at all.

What is wrong with our 2nd baseman? The guy has no clue how to turn a double play.

Well, the run was fun while it lasted. Not a chance in hell we can hang with Rice without Morris pitching.

Hate to agree but it's looking this way. Rice scores 2 more :angryMJ:

I said this last night and was called a negative dip.  Glad there are 3 of us then...

Well, fun run but even my EMAW won't let me believe we have any chance in hell tomorrow.

Goodnight cats.  Thanks for a fun season but we all knew this time would come....and that it would happen in Houston...not Baton Rouge.

The runner did the right thing by pulling up/going back to the bag and we should have went towards him...

since its college baseball (aluminum bats), I wont give up unless its like the Florida State score tonight.  Our team can break out with three runs in a couple innings.  Just gonna have to shut the door on Rice's offense.

The problem is it takes him too f'n long to flip the ball to the shortstop.

at least we get 2 shots to beat them once, that makes me feel like we at least have a 50-50 shot (cause theoretically we do)

Is Morris going to pitch tonight? If not, we don't have a pitcher to shut the door on Rice's offense. I'll bet they double their score before the game is over.

if they pitch morris anymore this weekend it would be career suicide.  The dude threw over 140 pitches last night.  Shouldnt even be a thought.

That was kinda my point. We don't have a chance in hell shutting Rice's offense down without Morris.

however, we should be able to score 4-6 runs on any given night.

It's a tremendous challenge here. I think it has the opportunity for the greatest turnaround in college football. It is not one to be taken lightly. ---------- Bill Snyder ( Nov 30th, 1988)
