great game for the Bat Katz! Great hitting and great defense. Pitching was good, lots of outs by contact.

I think I'm going to start a photo journey thread about the two kid bat boys.

Glad to see the BatCats are off to a great start (12-3).

On a side note, here is a former BatCat (Byron Wiley) & it talks about him in the minors, only problem is they say he is a former Northwestern Wildcat. There is a picture of him & you can see KS on the jersey.

two crushing wins against Butler today. Hitting looked good. Had too many outs with long liners to the outfielders. Lots of contact.

Less errors so far. Team seems to have a much better mental edge then last year.

Them seem a little more focused, but not uptight. They seem to be having fun and enjoying Manhattan. Let's hope they keep that mental the first time the get rung up in Big 12 so they don't fall apart down the stretch.

Katz win 5-4 tonight vs. a salty UTSA team

Good game against the roadrunners. Felt like we were a bit too aggressive on the bases on the early innings. Great finish. Hitting was ok tonight and the pitching was good overall. I think it was the 4th or 5th inning when UTSA got their 3 on us. Over all we looked good.
