The talent argument would make more sense is we didn't just get torched by a walk on white kid and a 5'7" kid.  We also got beat by Oregon who is 0-5 in the Pac 10 and 6-11 overall and Iowa who is 1-3 in the big 10.  Better players would help obviously but at some point you have to do more then just try and out talent people.  IMO we've had a talent advantage in 3 of the 6 games we've lost so far.  In the big 12 this year most of the teams are pretty similar in talent level and most games are going to come down to coaching and execution.  It's going to be a long year based on the level of coaching and execution I saw tonight.

The sad truth, is that we don't have the talent advantage you like to bring up. Face it. Is it just a coincidence that on both the football field and basketball field you are convinced we are "poorly coached" ?

NU has some solid players. They have three seniors. We have three players TOTAL that played on the 06-07 team. This all makes total sense if you aren't a tard.

But I am   at the Martinites getting all defensive and saying that they expected this and how everybody has K-State all overrated.   Nobody expected K-State to win the Big 12 this year that I know of, most people expected nothing better than the NIT . . . but I don't know one person who also expected K-State to look like a bunch of clueless asshats out there who would get absolutely clowned at Lincoln Nebraska either.  

It's pretty clear that as of right now Frank Martin doesn't have an effing clue on how to get this team prepared to play any semblance of Big 12 basketball.

After all these years something we agree on.

I think it is both...but they all look so scared to do something wrong on offense that they all stand around..cuz nobody knows what Frank wants..including himself..if they screw up on offense..they come out of the game...They all look so timid on offense its scary.

Again, I can't think of one person around here that seriously expected anything more than 8-8 or 7-9 . . . but K-State just lost by 21 to a team that got beat by Maryland Baltimore County or somebody like that.  

Jim Wooldridge would've gladly have worn his neckbrace for another 5 years to have the ability on one of his teams that that this team has.

Why cant we find a Cartier Martin or Ski Jones  to shoot the ball....oh yeah we have Fred Brown but Frank wont leave him in the game long enough to help us out because it makes too much sense.

I hate to tell you this, but Frank Martin is the worst bench coach in Big XII history.  Ricardo Patton laughs at Franks coaching ability.

The good news is you guys have a ton of talent coming in; the bad news is as long as he brings that talent you can't fire him.

I am embarrassed for K-State.  They look clueless.
