you should probably add shawnee, riley and saline into the group w/douglass johnson and sedwick.

of course ku will have the higher # w/douglass and johnson. a better comparo would be sedgewick and shawnee between the two schools.
SW will have alot of WSU'ers.  I think?  LOL.

Topeka is whichever way the wind blows, trips.  Plus we have Washburn!! (elite law school)

we should have some "warm up the tractor" signs when we play them in bramlage. would be hilarious.

"warm up the high mileage Acura Integra with cheap tricked out rims"?

no. they love those stereotypes.

goddamnit. i feel like i'm talking to a wall. and not a wall that listens to you, a wall that doesn't.

Stereotype of a cheap car that some kid tries to make look fancy?  Integras are cheap crap and plentiful in lawrence.  They are fake $ cars.

Washburn is just a horrible law school.  should close.

Definitely a good point, it's pretty even between those two counties
KSU
Sedgwick - 8.3%
Shawnee - 5.0%

ku
Sedgwick - 9.6%
Shawnee - 6.5%

I realized ku's by county numbers include the med. school, so here's the adjusted % including the med school. % from non-johnson etc goes up to 34%
30102 total
20999 kansans
9103 out of state (30.2%)
13841 joco, etc (46%, 66%)
7158 other (23.8%,34%)

that's hella sexy.  to commemorate, i suggest we dust the chickens with anthrax spores before spiking them on the court this year.
"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

Should throw a bear cub on the floor vs Baylor, infected w/ the plague.

All the more reason someone needs to join me in designing a powercat biowarfare suit.

It will be needed when we mine the Bramlage visiting dressing rooms with Lyme disease laden ticks.

I laugh my ass off when they hold up those signs....look at the dumb fu#k holding it up.  The guy(???) holding up the cow sign at the football game this year was worse off than the guy last night.  Who has a picture of these db's?

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Do you notice the taped on "CTOR" at the end of TRACTOR?  It's like they misspelled it the first time.

Dude, I am so confused . . .

As a native rural Kansan ku alum, I am not sure whether I am supposed to be happy or mad at the ku demographics?  Am I the silent majority or an outlier?

Happy or mad at the K-State demographics?

Where does Topeka fit in?  How do we decide which areas are K-State and ku and which ones should be and which ones not?  Should we suspect anyone of gerrymandering?  Which university has most to gain by gerrymandering?  Which has most to lose?  How do we deal with the Wichita Problem?  Does Wichita State fit in anywhere?  What to do with alums of the state's Division II schools with Div. I loyalties and sympathetic identification?  Should we handicap the fact that twice as many kids grow up in Lawrence as Manhattan?  If so, how do we handicap it?  Is that an advantage for Lawrence or for Manhattan?  Do kids naturally want to stay at home or do they naturally want to get the hell out?

So confused . . .

the 'warm up the tractor' sign... it's creative, sort of funny, and doesn't bother me one bit... especially when kennyG is holding it while darryl and his other brother darryl are standing with him... heck, they probably go to jccc anyway!

thanks for that fff! :cyclist:

Again proving that most ku students are pussies that were/are afraid to go to school further than an hour from mommy and daddy.

"Warm up the tractor" is K-State's "That Just Happened."  Really bothers you guys.
