You can't be racist and like basketball.
He must have a bad offensive line.

OX, what has Freeman shown you that makes you want him to play Baylor this weekend and throw all of our bowl hopes away??

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
Starting Freeman at Baylor would be an awfully bold and daring move.

I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

His passes were worse than Meier's. He shows tremendous amounts of potential but he just isn't ready yet. Give him a couple of series every game and he will be ready, next year. Plus I wouldn't want to put our Golden Boy behind that horrid offensive line.

yea i think we stick with meier, who does give us our best chance of winning, and bring josh in for reps here and there. meiers experience is his best asset, and right now we just need meier to manage the game, and not make too many mistakes.  i think freeman will just need more time to develop

He has the arm though. Once he gets accurate, that thing will be deadly. He scared the crap out of Jordy the first time he threw to him. You can tell it gets there a lot quicker than Meier's passes..

He looks like he also has the potential to be mobile. He moves more than Meier does and I think he needs to atleast be able to roll out of the pocket.. Freeman will be amazing come his senior year. I still wish we hadn't burned his redshirt :frown: not that we really had a choice..

    Not A Basketball Player
He probably is more mobile, but he doesn't have a good sense of whats happening around him. Thats why he was sacked. With our crappy O-line he'll only get 2-3 seconds in the pocket then he has to move. As bad of an arm that Meier has he could had the smarts to get out when he needed to. Freeman will get that with experience but for now thats what makes Meier better.
