You can't be racist and like basketball.
Seems like they should run a "throw the ball to the 7' McDAA at the block" play more.

:dunno:

So, I was watching this game with my wife.  She's a psychology grad and is very smart (prolly the smartest person I know).  She obviously had been breaking down Self's mental state througout the game.  When the game was over she told me, "He's a f^cking retard".  Just thought I would give you guys the point of view of someone who would know.

And who is #54? Seems to be the team's red-headed stepchild. Or tall candy cane. Can't quite make up my mind.

I thought I caught Self covering his mouth once or twice when he swore early on in the game.  He doesn't have the balls to just come out and say it.

That and he has a church named after him for God's sake (is it ok to use that when talking about a church - Lord I hope so).

Self runs more of an NBA, pick and roll offense.  Collins' three at the end was off the same play that we ran in the Nat'l Championship for Chalmers.

Collins drained the three to make the game 61-60.

Yes, but at least ku was in position to win it at the end.  The point is that the play worked.  Once again, Coach Self did a great job of stretching the game and giving his team an opportunity to win.

It shouldn't even have come down to that. You lost fare & square to a 2-5 UMass team on a neutral court. :shy:

So you agree Martin did a great job of "stretching the game and giving his team an opportunity to win" in the Oregon, Kentucky, and Iowa.

i think 84-75 already established frank's o's & x's eliteness.  a team w/ 9 new players losing its best (and only?) returning player for the season crushes national champion.

Do you really need to run a play to get off a guarded 3-point attempt?
