Let's get a ruling.

GatGeek does have a high post to noticability ratio.  It's sort of a Kathy Lee Gifford type of noticabilty however.   :frown:

You are a big name though.  Like, if I saw you, and we were chatting...and you were all, "I'm yosh!" I would be all, "GMAFB, :highfive:" and you would be all, "Um, okay :weird:" and we would laugh at the akwardness of it.  Pretty elite.

You'd know me right away.  I just look like a Yosh.

For reals, everyone calls me Yosh IRL.  If I'm at a sportsbar watching a k-state event, and one of my buddies calls me Yosh (like yo-yo btw, not like Josh, my real name) random EMAWers turn to see.  Pretty elite feeling IMO.

In my mind I always pronounced it like "josh" only with a "y"...turns out I couldn't have been more wrong.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
He looks up after that Limestone gem I and I just yell "It's Patterson!"  He kinda looks away like he doesn't notice, but everyone is yucking it up.  He finally elected to leave the area with the "DOOM!" shouts got under his skin.

This was how I found Pete and LO.  There were like 500 people in the whole place at that time, and I hear "LEMON PARTY AT FITZ'S!!!!!" screamed just in front of me.  I looked down and instantly became jealous of a huggie-esque purple sweater vest.

Seriously, we need a ruling on this.  Last night when we were yelling "NEEKER" I felt like there may have been some misunderstanding amongst those around us.

We were like, "Dude, it's his nickname..." but I think they may have thought we were saying something else... :dunno:

stop asking.

it will come to you.

you have about a year.

I would, but it seems I can't keep up.  See, I look around the board and all the cool kids have like a gazillion and one posts.  Then I look at the times and every major poster is posting for 18 hours a day.  And I'm just trying to figure out if I should quit my job, because there is no way I can keep up with that pace working a full time job.  What does everyone here do for a living that they can post that much?

I'm at a loss, because I really do want to be an elite "KSU Celebrity."  If not for actually doing something productive for KSU, but if I could call myself a "celebrity" by just achieving membership in an online message board clique, that would be sweet.

Yeah?  How hard are the cool kids trying (to maintain clique status) when they average close to 20 posts a day for more than a year?  That's a lot of &@#%ing work.  Your average is way low though.  What's up with that?

The age old argument of mocking someone for posting too much by posting about it.

Next you will make fun of someone's user name.

This is not elite level besmirching.

Most of us have real jobs (you know, not like "can i take your order???" jobs), so we have these things called desks.  Pretty exciting, really.

But seriously....you're trying too hard to be "the rebel who doesn't care about posts and message board identity."  Just be yourself, bra.

Yeah, it may not be elite level besmirching, I'm not that good at it.  I don't mean to mock someone for posting too much.  I just tire of the notion of 'ksu celebrity' and the general clique-iness by some on the site.
