Without Beasley, we lose a little bit...but I think with a year of experience under studs like Sutton, Pullen and Clemente, and superstar frosh Samuels learning fast, we'll finish in the top 25 and make the NCAA's for another year. Pretty much regular for us to make it nowadays. Unlike ku this year. HA!

Big 12
Oklahoma 14-2
Texas 13-3
Kansas State 12-4
Baylor 11-5
Texas A&M 10-6
OSU - 9-7
Missouri - 9-7
Nebraska 8-8
Kansas 7-9 LOLZ!!!!
Texas Tech 6-10
Iowa State 5-11
Colorado 5-11
I heart Beasley.

you've gone downhill as a poster.  it's kind of weird.

get better!  <---- homage phrase

Why do people always say someone is drinking the kool-aid when they are making a reasonable prediction. Do you see our record now? Let's apply that over 16 games.
10-6.
Now, you imagine we'd improve over the year, therein lies the reason we could go 12-4.
We've got easy wins against Nebraska x 2, Colorado x2, Kansas x2, Iowa State x2 and a win against MU at home.
There's 9 of em right there.
Just need to split the other 7...Texas Tech at home, Texas A&M on the road. At worst 11 wins.
I heart Beasley.

how can you apply our record now to a big 12 schedule? we've played absolute crap teams compared to anybody in conference and the teams that we have played that are worth 2 cents, we've lost to. improving over the season will happen, so you're right there. but 12-4 is in no way, shape, or form reasonable.

Whatever. I didn't come up with that title. Some stupid admin did after he decided that I was too much a fan of the school. Look how close our losses were dude. A couple of breaks we are undefeated against some major programs. Oregon, Kentucky, you kiddin me? Most schools wouldn't have a winning record right now. By the way Cleveland St and Oakland both already have 5 wins on the season, so it's not like they are cupcakes. Plus we played Cleveland State on the road.

And of course we'll sweep ku. Have you seen them this year? Lost AT HOME to a weak Syracuse. They haven't even gone on the road yet....HA HA! They had a tough time with UMKC, what do you think we'll do to them?
I heart Beasley.

kind of lost as to why you care about my postings so much? anyway, i don't care if it's a ku fan or a k-state fan, anybody who thinks this team is going 12-4 and is trying to validate that cleveland state, oakland, and some of these other squads were good enough to prepare us for blake griffin and the rest of this conference is just  .
We lost to Kentucky on a neutral court and made it close at the end. Still doesn't help us in the win column.
We lost to Iowa on a neutral court. An Iowa team that I doubt does much in the Big10 and has something like 9 newcomers on a roster of like 13. A team that beat us with a starting lineup featuring 3 freshman...some 3 star-prospects at best.
We lost to Oregon at Oregon. It was close and it's a tough place to play-sure. But they were without their top scorer and one of only 2 returning starters in Catron. That's gonna make us look real good.

If we hit some of those shots at the end of the games, playing AWAY from home, we are undefeated and you guys are right there agreeing with me. The losses were all close. We could EASILY be 8 and 0. Wait til Big 12 play starts, you'll see.
I heart Beasley.
