I have been a Frank Martin supporter.   I understanding that yelling is part of coaching.  However, the constant use of profanity on camera and in earshot of everyone in the gym is too much.  It is becoming embarassing.  He makes Bob Knight look like a choirboy.   He really needs to get a grip on his temper.   Further, when you yell all of the time, you lose your effectiveness.   The players just tune it out, message included.   If we had a "real" AD, perhaps something could be done for the good of both the coach and the program.  However, I doubt that will happen.

Now that's how you get out a f***ing blood stain.
When I was a kid growing up in the projects, I used to dream of going into space, of escaping the slums, of killing an Ewok!

he is who he is. you get good and bad out of it.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

yea obvioulsy players still want to come to ksu even though he can get mean.  But his intensity makes me realize how into the game he is.  As long as he goes to church every sunday he can curse as much as he wants  :woohoo:
It's a tremendous challenge here. I think it has the opportunity for the greatest turnaround in college football. It is not one to be taken lightly. ---------- Bill Snyder ( Nov 30th, 1988)

was great.  love it when he ignores the wyatt's spin suggestions.

yes, because Martin is literally wearing a number 0 jersey, going out on the court and shooting for J-Pull.  the transformation is actually a thing of beauty.

I don't care about it as long as it works.  But I do agree players tune it out after awhile kind of like Ron Prince's line of bs.  That might be starting to happen this team looks pretty poorly coached and Jacob Pullen has seriously regressed.  This was a pathetic loss to a bad team with 2 of it's 3 best players hurt and one scoring threat who is only 5'6".   The offense isn't where is should be at this point our spacing and ball movement is really poor.   The shot selection is among the worst I've ever seen.  WE play hard on D but break down at the absolute worst times and make a lot of stupid fouls away from the basket.

Tough to tune it out when the whole arena can hear it.  And the bench is fairly useful in getting the point across.

What &@#%ing "program" have you been watching since 1988?  'Cause the one I have been watching has sucked the crap out of a dead man's ass.

Wyatt: I was real impressed w/RA in the 2nd half how he attacked the basket.

Frank: Yeah, you know, if he could do anything on defense he might get to play a little.  Right now, you just have to hope he can score before the other team fouls him because then he'll just throw the ball off the backboard and the other team will score on him.
