Well, I have to agree. Based on Phil's record at SMU, it is totally insane that K-State is hiring him as HC.
Edit - I've just discovered that, contrary to many posters, Phil is NOT going to be HC. He'll be the defensive coordinator, which, as the name implies, is responsible for defense. Now, I know that Phil's got some big shoes to fill after the last three years, but I think he can do it.
