Didn't know this is coming out next tues. Here's a link to a review of the album. Klosterman is kind of a douche, but he apparently has the credentials since he's a big metal/hair band buff from the 80s.

i've only read teh first 1/3rd of the review but if the album is half as interesting as this guy's review, it's going to be damn good.   i'll finish reading in the morning - must go to bed .

I disagree about Klosterman, prob my favorite author.  His nonfiction is great.

It might have been late and I was seeing things....but last night on Letterman, I see Slash on guitar, and a guy that is dressed like Axl.  He didn't really look like Axl, and he didn't sound much like him either.  Did I miss something?  I thought the new "guns n roses" was Axl and a bunch of chodes like buckethead?
