Now that's how you get out a f***ing blood stain.
both hustle. steal. dunk and cant shoot.

samuels isn't close to sutton as an athlete.  being athletic is more than just jumping.  sutton has everything.  samuels just jumps well.

everything = lateral movement, quick first step, strength, jumping, top speed, hit for power, etc.
When I was a kid growing up in the projects, I used to dream of going into space, of escaping the slums, of killing an Ewok!

Sutton is the most flexible/fluid human being I've ever seen.

Samuels for his size is basically as good as they get.

And yes, it is more than jumping.

sutton does NOT have a consistent jumper

I think he meant athletically... like, Sutton has great body control etc.

I don't think I would use that phrase to decribe JamSam.  His body can do some amazing things, but he does seem to be slightly out of control at all times.  He's like a new born deer, still trying to get used to his legs.

You don't have to have great body control to be a great athlete.

Lots of freak athletes are actually lacking in that area.

It's a bonus for Sutton.

But at the same time, Samuels is not uncoordinated, which is somewhat implied by him being "out of control".

sutton looking to have a huge game against the neckclones   he's due.  wonder if he'll be tasked w/ trying to stop brackins.

Pretty poor demonstration of flexibility.  PW is even terrible at being PW.

    Fear the Puft
Dave Hoskins... Dude was a 6'4 brick who played the four damn well. He was built and never got tired - even under Huggins who was known for his destructive practices.

He may not of had the athletic prowess of Sutton, but his basketball abilities (especially on the offensive end) and work ethic put him in the conversation...

Jamar had a tremendously athletic play tonight.

1.  He intercepted the pass on the wing.

2.  He took it coast to coast with the dribble.

3.  He weaved around the ISU defender for an up and under layup.

My reaction was first "Holy Chit, who was that"  Then I saw it was JamSam.  The next thing I said was, "Samuels is a freak." :kstatriot:

he's 6'7".  shouldn't he be making those plays?

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Good to see Sutton make some offensive moves today in the half court.  Good to see.

Sutton vs. A&M was funny to watch.

Sometimes he's just capable of playing like a turd......a large, muscle filled, high flying, turd.
