Ryan boatwright leaves USC and mentions KSU.  Don't know why I mention this, because frank has no shot, but whatever, ya know?  :dunno:

"these are no longer “games” in the commonly accepted sense of the term. these are free throw shooting contests leavened by the occasional sprint to the other end of the floor."

Rivals is out as well.  Goodman and Cook also have good showings.  Boatright on as well.  Cook lists KSU still.

- After talking to a bunch of the local kids, it’s pretty clear who the best players in Florida are. While we already knew about Kenny Boynton and Brandon Knight, apparently Angel Rodriguez (a PG at Dr. Krop High School from the Class of 2011) could be the Next Big Thing.

Only two sophs on that list are Angel and Austin Rivers.  Rivers is a concensus top 5 player nationally.

pretty sure that is an error.  i've never seen anything, anywhere that ksu has been recruiting wiltjer.

Wasn't it midnight hoops night or whatever that brought the out of the blue Wally/Rodney commits?  If we have nothing after that I will start being mean.

sadly crossing cook off the 2011 list with this update.  if i post any additional cook updates, it will only be for old times' sake.

Quote
"Ohio State, Georgetown, North Carolina, Indiana, Kentucky, Clemson, Virginia, Syracuse" were all schools the Bowie, MD resident indicated are recruiting him. Tennessee had offered a scholarship at the time of the Showcase....  Cook has no school/conference preference - he noted "I love the Big East, ACC, Big 10 and SEC, it doesn't matter".

Could see it coming... his interest was just dropping like a rock. Maybe we are actually starting to ease off the DCA pipeline?
