I dunno....loss in year 6...to a mac team...on the road...in overtime....

We've been improving throughout the initial years of Mangino's reign.

He can't have hit a brick wall that he can never pass.

I refuse to believe it.  :shy:
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

Rodless, I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to Bookie Pimp.

We had double their yards. We played tight defense the second half. The loss was our fault. Turnovers screwed us and that is correctable. This team has the talent and potential. As the year goes on, you'll see it.
wouldn't it be better if the loss was because the other team was just better.. idk, i'm confused about this one..

No. If Toledo had actually outplayed us than we would be a bad team.

But they didn't. We just screwed ourselves all game long. Thats correctable. We can fix that.
yeah, you can fix it, next season..

We're 2-1. Three games into the season. Plenty of time and our schedule is kind to us.

"outplaying" a poor toledo game and still get beat..

Hit the side of a cliff.  I'd think he knock over a brick wall.

I see it as this: A loss that while disappointing, is not an indication that we're a bad team. Just that we had a bad road game.

    The very best.
who cares if the beat south florida?

you can't beat toledo on the road, you won't do better than 6-6 for the year.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

South Florida is a better team than Toledo.

That said, if we can't beat them in our own house than we aren't going to do well in the Big 12. I wouldn't call the season but I'd lower my expectations for this year.

I think we'll go 6-6. 7-5 at best.

Our schedule is kind to us.

I could be wrong, but last night ku didn't look that fast to me, on either side of the ball. Not stacking sh#t, just something that seemed to stand out to me at least. Was it my drinking that kept me from see all the quickness or did someone else notice?

i love how he talks like hes one of them.  the guy is a &@#%ing kstate student.  ku will never be better than average with mangina as head coach and it took cheating to get to average.
