Just about guarentee this is what it will be.  Biggest question to me is will they get a handful of young hotshots to fill out the remainder of the staff.  Our only hope is that they'll get the next Stoops/Leavitt/whomever and they will leapfrog the co-ordinators before Snyder retires again.
