Undefeated BCS school goes into game vs winless MAC school as  4 point underdog, at least it makes sense to some of us.

Sep. 15  5 p.m.
Kansas at Toledo

Point spread  -4

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

    The very best.
I really like ku.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

ku should win, but I think it will be a coin flip.  The fans/players will be fired up for a Friday night ESPN game, pretty tough on a freshman QB (albeit one that is a a Heisman hopeful) and a handful of new defensive starters.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
This is a Troy vs. MU, Southern Miss vs. NU type game.

1st year RS-frosh QB starting his first game on the road = not good.  MU at least had Brad Smith and NU was at home.

There's absolutely no reason ku should lose this game. If I was a ku fan and they lost this game, I'd be embarrassed. I'd ask the fat guy to give some of his money back.

This sets up as a traditional weekend that occurs at least once in each pre-conference season.  ku tries to think they are good, then loses to someone middle of the road or below.  MU talks the game and looks good early, then gets soundly beaten by some nobody so they can head back toward the middle of the pack.  Now, we just have to see if KSU can be the team of a few years ago and take care of a Marshall, or if they will fall into the pattern of the last couple of years and lose, or sneak past.

I don't remember what happened when we played Marshall a few years ago.

Sorry; Devils advocate here.
