Pissclam knows, but he's not saying.  At least on Scout he's not.  I AM NOT going to apply for membership to phog just to find out, so somebody PLEASE tell me...

Rivals database does not reflect a signed LOI.  Also, I checked UConns student directory.  The other 2006 signee was listed as a student, and ThaBeet was not.  This means he has not enrolled.  If he didn't sign a LOI, and he didn't enroll, he's still very much available.
