Can he really stay healthy?

He'll start while Clayton sits, but truthfully he is our 4th/5th back.

1. Clayton
2. Fisher (injury)
3. Johnson (learning)
4.-5. Alsup/Patton

Alsup really is a bit of a sad case. I saw him play in the Shrine Bowl and was probably the star of the game. He leapt over an opposing defender and displayed great shiftiness. He's been an injury factory since.
Wasn't he also rated higher than Sproles?

He probably was.

I actually think he is a decent player, but he won't see much time with the rest of our talent.
