Just wait until Obama, McCain, or the Hidebeeste pass their cap & trade plan with the aid of an eager Democratically-controlled Congress.  How high can it go?  $6, $8, $10?  Nobody knows!

I'm betting on the $9-10 range.  Any cap-and-trade program that's to significantly impact carbon emissions is going to have to make it so expensive to drive that most people are forced to stop.

Most of you will be begging for a Constitutional Amendment allowing another four years of W before this nonsense is over.

This is, of course, the primary reason I want Obama to win in November.  He and his ilk so richly deserve all of the blame they'll receive when the economy melts down to the point where we'll all be wishing for the good old days of the Carter Administration.
