I would have no problem selling the site to Fitz if he made an offer.   He and I are friends and I have enjoyed our friendship.   When I did start this site up and told him what I wanted to do with it, he was in favor of it and I kept him abreast of what went on.  It's been a great relationship, something I feel good about.
