I just think it's funny that a ku fan would take any sort of smack about our season, considering Self didn't get as far as we did in 2 of his 5 years @ ku. And in neither of those years, did he lose to the outright regular season big 10 champs, and tournament champs.

I don't understand.  What are you saying your great season is being overshadowed by?  ku?  You guys had a good season. Not sure if it was great.  You were too inconsistent to be "great".  MB, of couse, is great, and just being able to watch him was sufficient to give you a "great" season of BB watching. 

As for ku, even with a cakewalk to the final 4, we are renowned for blowing it to inferior teams.  I mean, you guys beat us this year!  I hope, but am doubtful, that we will win it all this year. 

I am proud of aTm.  They should have won.  They showed UCLA that the Big 12 is a tough conference.

ku making a deep run would probably mean guys like Arthur, Chalmers, and maybe Collins get more exposure, and get more NBA love.  Thus leading to them leaving.  So a ku run wouldn't be all bad.
