So...About a month ago I entered my info online for a chance to purchase tickets for the '09 regional that will be held in KC at the Sprint Center. Yesterday I got the e-mail below. My wife got the same. So I can buy eight tickets. Should I? What if kstate and ku aren't good next year and neither team gets KC? Would I be stuck with $1600 worth of tickets that I can't unload or would people in KC be so excited to have the tourney that someone would still buy them?

No brainer, buy the tickets.  At the very least you can sell them at face to KSU fans who want to go to the games.  You'll have no problems unloading them.
