I believe they invited all the American survivors at the time to the museum when it openend.  Not quite sure how many of them made it.  Considering the one guy left is well over 100, its not too likely that he's up to travelling much.

Depends on where you are at.  There were flags at half staff for the Kirkwood thing and there were many flags across the country for local fallen soldiers.
