As far as I know, they just have 1 kind, the Tallgrass Ale. Appearance wise, it is very dark, about like if someone poured coffee in your beer glass 
but it is really smooth and does not have any dreaded "dark beer" taste to it.
Surely they have more..I don't know of too many breweries that only brew one beer. Well, except maybe Anheuser Busch, all their pisswater tastes the same.
tallgrass is a brown ale- like newcastle. i prefer it to newcastle, but that could be because it is shipped across town instead of across an ocean. only one beer so far, they need to upgrade equipment to make different varieties. the brewery tour was awesome.

why would you choose the only corporately owned bar in aggieville? that chain sucks ass, kinda like hooters without the tits, what a great idea. oh, and it bought the old streetside records, the best record store west of lawrence. god i hate that place. spend your money locally.
Kites (the new part) is much better. Or Willies. IMHO.
How's the food at Willie's?
Willie's food is very good IMO. Good starters (pickles and spin dip especially), burgers (w/ sweet potatoe fries), and not bad for steaks. They also have Tallgrass on tap, which is another plus. JMHO. Same food essentually as what used to be at 12th street pub, which is now Kites. But I like Kites as well.
willies is second best bar food in town behind so long. last time i was there, i saw wnyder and his niece eating there. good enough for him, good enough for you.
