Signing day is nearly over. 

I used to really get into recruiting and signing day, but it gets old quick.  Our own fans will spin it every year to be the best at something (this year is the fastest).  I'm an optimist by nature, and recruiting is really the biggest season of hope and nearly everyone "wins", but lets let the kids play.  Spring ball is much more entertaining than signing day, especially now that we'll actually get to watch some practice.  That's a lot closer to real football, not watching 12 play highlight videos of HS kids.

I think it's easier to follow basketball recruiting.  There's fewer players, it's much more of an exact science, and the impact (or lack thereof) of the players will be immediately noticed.

It may be easier, but It's alot less exciting.

You know what you are getting w/bball recruits.

Football the correlation isn't as strong imo.

Yeah, I think the same.  Basketball recruiting has always been more enjoyable to follow.  Football is a big crap shoot.

I remember that summer when Dez committed I was pretty psyched.  Then, Jim landed Martin and Massey on signing day.
