Is "join most of Nebraska's coaches in the unemployment line" not an option?

Spend the offseason reading books.

I think he just looks at the pictures. 2 books he needs to read is

The Art of Rushing
How Defense saved my season.

He will probably come up with his new media saying that idiots in the press eat up. In season 1 it was "We play for championships". This year it was "We like to play in Space".
Trying to figure out to develope a running game will not be among his priorities.

I hope it 5.  Then Prince will be gone, then a real coach take that talent, develop it and take us back to where we have been.

I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

I cant lie, I'm on the fence right now. I cannot understand what in the hell is going on here? Weiser wanted to look like a genius - but is looking more like someone who was sold a bill of goods.

BTW, who in the HELL (that is worth a FUC|<) is available? Yeah, dont bring the Calafraud is available crap... it's actually pretty funny - but I'm not in the mood.

He won't get fired after his second year so no need to even talk about that.  I do think he'll shake up the staff but who knows what moves he'll  make.  He has to do something with the defense though I get the impression the players have not bought into the scheme.

Weiser wanted to look like a genius?  Not even close, he wanted to offer the job to a coach he knew wouldn't reject it.  He thought Prince was the best available out of that lot.  He would of rather hired any number of name coaches.

If he does that two years in a row do you suppose there'll be anyone left who'd be willing to come to KSU to be RP's next victim?

    Fear the Brick
....probably kick himself for going with a DC that coaches the 3-4.  Not because it's a bad system, but because we don't have the personnel for it and getting the proper personnel for it through recruiting is much more difficult to get than for a 4-3.    Basically, we're f'd and I think Ron knows that.

Just as I suspected: no one expects RP to recruit any legitimate talent.   :yuck:

I don't see how anyone can walk away from a game in which the opposing team scored 73 and think that there was nothing he/she could have changed or done to lower that number.

And I can't believe I'm gonna say this but... Ann Coulter looks hittable in that faded picture.

Well technically he listens to them...see most are those management book summaries on audio...you know, for the busy executive on the go...but I think they still say "read" when they listen to those...

But either way, I'm certain he'll devour an entire stack of those.

Right up to the point you lay next to her and realize you're about to bump uglies with a skeleton body.  That girl needs a burger like yesterday.
