OK, it seems apparent that Prince is signing mostly guys who are lightly recruited by others. Most of the Cat fans are relying upon the "Snyder paradigm" that he is a better judge of talent [with a total of four years of experience!] than others, and is finding hidden gems like Snyder did. "Recruiting rankings don't mean [euphemism for feces]" is the standard refrain.
However, the "UVA paradigm" during Prince's tenure was that they signed fairly highly rated classes, and then dramatically UNDER-performed compared to their peers. [Go read their fan board.]

Doesn't sound like a good confluence of paradigms.....
