    It's time to hit it.
NCAA violations for that?  surely the players could pull better wool than that.

Unless I hear from the person in the photograph, I'm not going to do anything.

Let me make this clear (again) about posting libelous content.

KSUFANS.COM, myself, and my company, are not liable.  In the user agreement, you all agreed not to post content which might be libelous, offensive, etc.   If you post on this site, you agree to the terms.   If I get a letter from a lawyer (and I have gotten many) that asks for information about you, don't think  for a moment I won't give it up.   Generally speaking, I tolerate a lot on this forum that many people complain about short of pornography, nudity and extreme gore.   However, since you agreed to not violate the rules, doing so means I get a pass on helping them find you out so they can serve a summons on you.

So if this girl is actually the person of interest (and BTW: the young tutor in question has a lawyer) you can pretty much expect to receive a summons in the mail.   If it's not, and the woman in the picture calls me and says "Hey!  That's not me!! WHO IS THE frack THE POSTED THAT?"   I'll tell her I'll remove it and do so.  If she decides to ask me through a lawyer, I will not remove it, but give her lawyer all your information.

Usually, in these cases, I ask that you remove them yourself.   I understand the desire to go overboard, but I'll treat you like I treat my teenage kids.   You want to do something like this you might think is funny?   A good rule of thumb is, think a little more before you decide it's really funny, because more likely than not, you won't be laughing in the end.

Capiche?

Any daughters?

I call BS.  Unless it's an offensive lineman involved, the players could definitely do better than that.

I don't know if this has already been said or not, I haven't been on here for a while...

But I do know that the tutor was not tied to the athletic department, it was actually a KSU faculty member (GTA) most likely from the College of Business.
