I will be staying at the W.  Looks like the KSU watch party is in San Learndo.  Too far away.

My sister and Bro in Law live in San Fran; they can't afford cable and if it's a game they can't stream over internet, they go to some bar that all KSU fans go to... I'll email her and ask which & Where.

MY future bro in law lives there but isn't really that into KSU.

I appreciate the help.  I think the tricky part will be finding a joint that is open at 9 am.  Not that gets the game.

In San Francisco you'll have better luck finding heroin or a transvestite hooker at 9AM but if you can make the drive over to San Leandro the California Cats are normally at Ricky's Sports Theater & Grill (15028 Hesperian Blvd.) for everything that's televised.  Just be sure to order lots of beer on the first round, you may die of thirst before the waitress makes it back to check up on you.

anyone heard of it?  I knwo the area but not the bar.

I'd go to Ricky's, you're pretty much guaranteed to get the game there.  IIRC it's only a couple of blocks from a BART terminal as well.
