When I lived in LA I would watch at Yankee Doodles sometimes (3rd st Promenade).  That was also were the K-State people gathered for the USC game.  If you want to watch with KSU people, there is a southern Cal catbacker group.  They used to meet in Long Beach, which is like a 45 min drive from Santa Monica.  I watched the 03 champ game there...

THAT'S MY HOMETOWN!!! too bad a bar called Chillers isn't on the Promenade any more... all the drinks were slushie-type booze drinks! the more hammered you got the lesser the brain freezes.
