Just a note to any squawks reading this, since you're all so concerned about appearences, style over substance and being "cool" . . . Manhattan features the only "Best of" Wine Spectator resturant in the state of Kansas.   Really surprised that a super "cool" town like Lawrence didn't have 3 or 4 of those.
