LOL.  Unlike KSU, there's no chance Michigan goes that far down the list to want Ron.  How does his name even get mentioned?

If anyone goes after Prince it'll be Virginia if they fire Groh.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

No kidding.  I want to laugh because I know of the odds, but the "Huggins to WVU LOL" wound is deep and left a big scar that's still healing.

I think the people that were LOL at Huggins to WVU were kidding themselves.   You knew WVU would be interested in him and would take him the question was if he was interested in them.  The fact he was born there and it was his alma matter made it a very real possibility.

With Prince to Michigan I have little doubt he would take the job but I do have serious questions that they would hire him.  That said if we go to a bowl again this year I think you'll see him pop on people's short lists.  He's young, he's a minority, he's media savvy, and he's seen as a discipline kind of guy that handles himself well in public and on the sidelines.   Schools are often weary of a guy like a Bo Pellini or Brent Venables that struggle to control their emotions.

You're dead on.

I am not a hundred percent sure he'd take that job.  People would expect him to win immediately, and win big.  Plus, Michigan will and get a bigger name than Prince.  Only Prince is even a close consideration is if he win the Big 12 this year.

Did anyone think Notre Dame would hire Tyrone Willingham instead of a more proven commodity?  He was only 44-36-1 at Stanford at the time he took the job.

Who wants to take the job of the team who lost to a 1-AA school and plopped from the ratings like a sack of crap falling from a pickup, and then got raped by a mediocre Oregon team, and Lost Henne on the same night?  That's a voodoo curse.

I still want my cooler, bitches!

Notre Dame wasn't winning like Michigan, they were able to take a risk because it couldn't set them back any further then they were already.  Michigan has been to the BCS bowl games two or three times over the last few years, and people will expect that right away.

lol at the thought of Pete Carol leaving USC for Michigan. I agree though that Michigan will go after someone that's a more proven coach. Prince is black though and that goes a long ways in the recruiting game. eww at the thought of playing for Lloyd Carr. RP is young, black, and sexy. Please stay Ron!
