They almost beat this cupcake as badly as we pounded Mangino in Lawrence his first year.

ku played 67 players last night and still managed the shut-out.  The defense held SE La. to -31 rushing yards.  Cupcake or not, ku is improved on both sides of the ball this year.

Yeah, SE Louisiana is a HUGE POWERHOUSE stocked full of talent.

You ever consider that despite ku not having good recruiting classes.. that there is probably a team or two that has even less?

Food for thought, squawk.

Agreed.  It sure would be nice to see them play a team with a pulse, though.

Er...sure. Let's ignore the fact that SE La is a D1aa school that had a record of what, 2-10 last year? Yeah, real impressive win.  You had more of a case when you were claiming CMU to be full of all-world talent.

SE Louisiana didn't even have a football program when Mangino "got head job," and yet their winning percentage is only 4% less than Mangino's.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
SELA was picked last in their conference.

They've had a football program since 2003.

D-1aa or not..ku is putting up points and keeping away from the penalties.

It also helps that the teams they are facing are fracking up immensely too. Fumbles, missed snaps to the punter...missed tackles.

Kstate has played two teams that would kill SE Lousiana and the other turd team they played last week.

BMW...

Why do you frequent this board?  Do you not have an English paper to write?

Please go and lock yourself in your dorm room with a moist towel.  Do not worry, mommy is sending you money for play time.

I wouldn't boast too much over playing two cupcake teams.  You guys are not world beaters quite yet.

The thing that I find funny is that he's left the past two games at halftime to come over here and talk on our message board. Pretty lame if you ask me.

Cupcake or not, ku is improved on both sides of the ball this year.

Aaaand you base your opinion on?

SE La. played football for the first time in '03.  They are a 1AA...and a BAD 1AA.  They went 2-10 last year.

Wow.  Seriously...if ku didn't play 67 players last year then...

KSU prolly played 50-plus last night vs. a 1A that won 9 games last year but we still don't know THAT much about our team..congrats on believing..I mean knowing what you know about beaks based on horrifying competition.
