area in your thoughts and if your so inclined, your prayers.    They have to put up with this over the weekend, and all the dumbass stuff like, "Man their stadium is small" . . . well no $hit, Wake is a small private school in a state dominated by UNC and NC State.  "Gosh I haven't seen anyone with Wake Forest stuff on" . . . again, no $hit, Wake is a small private school with only 4,500 students, many from out of state.   Unlike Nebraska, not every dirt farmer and one toothed non college attending nose picker in the Carolina's grows up to be Demon Deacon fan, as is the case of that ilk in Cornhole Country and Cornhole State.

Please also note Cornhole Fans, there are 3 other D1 games involving North Carolina schools on Saturday, including UNC vs East Carolina in Greenville as well as  App State's home opener in Boone.   So it may come as a shock to some Cornhole Fans that Cornhole State being around doesn't stop the presses.

The fact that the Nubs are on Tobacco Road means nothing to them.  Nubs live in a world devoid of college basketball, they have no idea who the ACC is or why their basketball arenas are bigger than the football stadiums.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

    The very best.
I'd kill for a fanbase like NU's

We wouldn't have to worry about filling a 50,000 seat stadium.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Well, many of the football stadiums in the ACC have gotten to be pretty big, however you're right in that Cornhole State fans will have zero appreciation for the basketball history of the area.

I am also sad to read that Cornhole State fan are likely ruining what would otherwise be a wonderful time for many at places like the Biltmore Estate.

I feel badly for the Wake fans that will have to put up with those people in their stadium.

Fatty, I agree, I would like to see KSU have more fans, I just don't wish for KSU fans to ever by like the traveling Cornholes who act like just because Cornhole has a good football history everybody should kiss their ass, and they come in and take over a place and make life miserable for the regular patrons.

If Nebraska had another FBS team then they would have a smaller stadium than us.

Quadruple the size of Manhattan and we'll easily fill a 80K stadium.

Anybody else notice "Crnhskrbob's" sig?  I've never heard of a Big XII Northern Champ, must be new.  He sounds like a pretty smart guy.

So I am listening to Primetime with the Packman, a regional sports talk show hosted by Mark Packer, son of Billy out of Charlotte.   He does the Southern Fried Football tour, which is just an excuse (a good one mind you) to get Southern Coeds to dress all up and get their picture taken before the game.   Anywho, he mentions Cornhole State visting Wake and what a "treat" the Wake fans will have in dealing Cornhole fans, and how classy Cornhole fans are . . . another mediaite caught up in the ruse that Cornhole Staters are classy.

He won't be in the bars where they'll all be covey-ed up like Quail in their Cornhole State Baseball jackets blocking everyone else's way, and then some poor Wake fan will get cornered and told over and over again how that day should be the greatest day of their life as Cornhole football was in town.
