And what Prince wanted was when a defensive stop was made, the entire defense was to go out and celebrate with the unit on the field on that stop. Again, the emphasis is a) on this is a game so have some fun playing it and b) to build team unity and get rid of selfishness. At the very end, he gets on the two that are slow going out and says "quit pouting" which implies that they were probably taken out and were upset. Prince was saying get over yourselves and go celebrate what your team has just done. It may seem like something that should be inherent, but more and more its not and you have to teach and coach it. As long as its not overemphasized (and I doubt it is, this was a situational deal to make a point I'm sure) IMO its a very good thing.
