doesn't really work on me too well.

still, i take that and drink a lot of water.

I haven't had an extended "cold" in about 9 years. Ironically, it coincided with the 1998 Builders Square Alamo, which I was in attendance.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Your salt concentration was wrong.  It's a teaspoon of salt for 2 cups of water.  That matches the body's saline content and won't burn at all.

Too much salt burns like hell!  Too little doesn't feel great, but doesn't burn as much as too much.

I and half the people I work with had colds last week, wash your hands alot, lots of vitamin C.
