Deon too?

Pass protection the main problem? TV doesn't show everything. Were they getting open downfield.

Was it the zone D?

the game plan seemed to be take small chunks at a time.  It worked pretty well.

    The very best.
Auburn's scheme makes that pretty difficult
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

So Freeman is good at the long ball?  OK, noted.

yep, I assume that the game plan included not much for throwing down field.  We were playing in hostile territory and didn't need turnovers of any kind. Throwing down field is an unnecessary risk.

That would be a terrible idea.  Didn't you see what happened when we tried in the last minutes of each quarter to throw deep?

We couldn't pass protect very well.   To throw the long ball, the receivers have to be able to get past the DB's.  If we had a Figurs, we could have, but since their DB's are as fast as our WR's, it wasn't possible.

Give it up to Franklin for throwing underneath.  We got them enough to move the ball.   We just didn't adjust well enough when they adjusted.
