I think a win over NU will be easy.  Could be a good season with Freeman.  Austin is a loss but that's true for every team that goes there.

What do you think?

We beat Texas last year.  I don't see why we don't beat 'em worse this year, now that Prince has gotten to see all of Mack's cards.  Scary smarter.

The first possibility I see for a loss is in New Orleans in early January.

I remember.  But do you think that you'll get to ambush Texas on a cold day at home after their starting QB suffers a freak injury and Freeman has a career game?  Or do you think Texas will play normal at home and be unbeatable?  I think you win by 17 against NU.

Freeman was a freshman last year.  He'll have twice as much experience this year, which means that we'll probably put up twice as many points.  It's science.  Prince'll probably call off the dogs before it gets too embarassing, though, so we'll just say 73-24.

As for Nebraska, I'm frankly more concerned with Baylor and Iowa State.

Freeman was awesome.  He was in a zone.  It's rare that any qb can throw up ducks like that and turn them into first downs.  Texas will be tough at home and prepared this time.  That's a sure loss.  You crush NU and that will be fun to watch.

Should spank nu and have a shot at Auburn.  You may only have one sure loss.

You know what?  I forgot that Chizik left.  That means the Texas defense automatically is better than what Freeman tore apart last year.  However, due to Freeman's increased skillz I'll only reduce my prediction by a touchdown.  66-24, KSU.

This also means I'm not concerned with Iowa State.  I'm still much more concerned with Baylor than Nebraska, though.

Wakz, I doubt OU goes past 3rd in the south.  They just seem to suck lately.  Boise ripped them and they got lucky against Baylor.

Slimz, you nailed it, Baylor may be decent.  KSU will kill NU, it's those pesky perennial champs Texas that will be the stinger.

Agreed, BU is likely better than NU.  Thanks for reiterating that factoid.

Hi Chico, not sure what you're smokin but I'd like some.   :loly:

Yeah, the schedule kills with Auburn and nations probable best in Texas.  Austin will be a loss, I think an Auburn win is possible.  NU is a done deal.

Cheers,

Without Purify, corn will lose to KSU and Colorado.  That's just the North losses.  Yes, KSU loses to Texas but wins going away against corn.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

This is a new breed of sock.  I am baffled by it.  Either it's Waks, a TX fan or a Corn fan.  Texas fans usually don't come here because we own them in every sport imaginable (football and mens basketball), Corn fans usually don't have enough wit to throw the reverse sock at you and Waks....well it may be Waks.
