Husker Board Meltdown

To try and refocus this thread:

No offense, but I don't think we owe you a standing ovation. The animosity between our fan bases wasn't entirely our fault, so you might be waiting a long time.

A husker....start the fire and grab the pitch forks.  (we need an emoticon for witch hunts as I mentioned earlier when the civil war was raging)

No way is that guy/gal a husker.  Maybe a sooner poser but definately not a husker.  The 2003 game is off limits to all huskers and in fact was just a bad dream in a day of hard drinking.

I'm still waiting on the Husker fans to give us that full stadium standing ovation they owe us.

The standing ovation has never been a guaranteed right, especially if a team's fans are generally obnoxious to us, which yours had been.  You can't smear our school and fans for years and then expect them to clap for you. It's naive.

I was reading huskerpediaphilia . . . and they are going off about commitment, but if a kid decommits and then chooses Cornhole, they love it.

Once again, if Robinson leaves... that sucks because he is a great prospect, but if you actually look at our depth on the OL Robinson may not see the field till 2010 or 2011.  So, if he leaves = sucks, but we will just get another high rated OG in the class of '09.

Callahan is still your coach and is the single greatest barrier to the return to glory.   I'm not sure Huskers will ever see 10 wins in a season again.
